Grief Works is a comprehensive support programme for anyone going through bereavement, whether the loss is recent or happened a while ago. It brings together structured guidance with live support, including expert-led sessions and real-time help when you need it.
A blend of structured support and live connection, including: 28 guided sessions with Julia Samuel, 60+ tools for emotional relief, 1-to-1 live chat with bereavement counsellors, a monthly Live Q&A, weekly group meet-ups, daily live meditations, morning and evening reflections, and a supportive private community.
You can take it at your own pace and come back whenever you need. Some people do a little each day, others dip in when grief spikes. The programme is designed to be there in both modes.
Yes. Grief can look like anxiety, numbness, anger, brain fog, or waves of sadness. The programme supports you gently to adjust to the pain in small, manageable steps, with tools you can use in the moment and support you can return to.
